Client-centered, relational therapy.

My role is to help you navigate pain, stressors, and heal inner wounds. Together we can make sense of your past, learn to be fully present, and set goals for your future. Therapy is a safe space and nurturing relationship. Within this relationship you can explore, process, and find ways to live a life that matches your values and vision.

About me and my work:

My tele-health psychotherapy practice is based in Thousand Oaks, California.

Since receiving my master’s degree in clinical social work from UCLA in 2014, I have provided counseling and psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, couples, families, and caregivers.

I have experience working with diverse populations in a range of mental health and medical settings. My north star remains my passion for people.

My work is focused on people & couples navigating life transitions, depression, chronic illness, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, mood disorders, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and relationship issues. I have experience working with persons of all abilities and identities.

Utilizing a range of evidence-based interventions including Psychodynamic, Attachment, and Relational Theories, as well as CBT, ACT, and the Gottman Method.

I strive to create a professional and safe environment for you to increase your ability to sit with discomfort, and lean into your values.

It is possible to find the balance and relief you seek. Our work can help you learn new tools and let go of things that are blocking you from living the life you want.

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
