Therapy for couples, parents, and individuals in life transitions.
Transitions, parenting struggles, conflict in relationships, these life challenges are typical and do not have to be so overwhelming. Humans are often messy and that is okay. Together we can name the challenges we face and move towards lasting change.
Therapy is a healing relationship.
A space for opportunity.
Together we hold space for your experience, your struggles, and traumas both big and small. We create safety so that you can uncover your dreams, hopes, and a path for growth and renewal.
About me and my work:
My psychotherapy practice is based in Westlake Village, California.
Since receiving my master’s degree in clinical social work from UCLA in 2014, I have provided counseling and psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, couples, families, and caregivers.
I have experience working with diverse populations in a range of mental health and medical settings. My north star remains my passion for people.
My work is focused on people & couples navigating life transitions, depression, chronic illness, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, mood disorders, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, infidelity, and relationship issues. I have experience working with persons of all abilities and identities.
Utilizing a range of evidence-based interventions including: Psychodynamic, EMDR, Attachment, and Relational Theories, as well as CBT, ACT, and the Gottman Method.
I strive to create a professional and safe environment for you to increase your ability to sit with discomfort, and find a path to heal from the past. Once we heal from past pains we can turn towards future goals.
It is possible to find the balance and relief you seek. Our work can help you learn new tools and let go of things that are blocking you from living the life you want.
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
